Chris Bell

After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in accounting, Chris spent over 20 rewarding years in medical device sales. He worked with surgeons, nurses, and techs across specialties including general surgery, ophthalmology, interventional cardiology, and neurosurgery.

What began with a couple of properties purchased with two close friends grew into a passion for real estate and short-term rentals. After 2,000+ hotel nights traveling for business during his medical sales career—time spent away from family and friends—Chris understood how much a comfortable, welcoming place could improve a trip—and saw an opportunity to bring that experience to business and vacation travelers through BellNBiz Property Group.

His approach is rooted in a lesson from his career: how you do business is every bit as important as whether you succeed or fail. Doing right by your customers, treating your team well, and valuing relationships build the trust that lasting partnerships depend on.

Chris wants every guest to feel as welcome as family or a close friend—and to have fun. Whether it’s a work trip, a weekend by the pool, or time together on the water, his goal is for guests to relax, enjoy themselves, and leave with memories worth coming back for.

When he’s not working, Chris enjoys wakesurfing and building historic naval battleships inside glass bottles. His prized creation is the USS Texas, whose tiny captain sails with his Horns Up. Chris spends one hobby trying to get himself back into the boat and the other trying to get the boat into the bottle.
